This online shop is based in the UK and has a wide selection of toys, treats, hammocks, vitamins and more for your rats. I have ordered from here a few times and the shipping is fast which is surpising since I live in Norway!
Pet Pile
This is a Danish shop and has a huge range of hammocks, bed, tunnels; a lot of them are themed to the time of year. Everything is paid for by paypal.

This a Norwegian site, it has a selection of food, treats and toys. The range of items isn't very big though.
